We remember Arthur Chang, who passed away  December 31, 2019.  He was 87 years old, although he seemed so much younger with his activism and intelligence.

 

As an international businessman, he traveled to China often but remained a neighborhood activist and historic preservationist---as a board member/officer of Telegraph Hill Dwellers and San Francisco Tomorrow, and as a founder/president of the District 3 Democratic Club and other worthy endeavors.

He is greatly missed.
